I've read plenty around the place about exercise when swaying pink and some of it seems conflicting and confusing! So I thought I'd see what everyone here was doing in general?
I know to stay away from weights as this can build muscle and therefore raise testosterone, but cardio would in some way be doing the same wouldn't it?
I like to swim, but am worried about my Ph. I like the cross trainer, but am worried that will raise my testosterone. I'd go for a walk but winter in the southern states of Aus is FREEZING! I feel like I can't win!!!
I think some exercise would be beneficial to my sway in terms of weight-loss, but I'm unsure what would be best.
So tell me.....what do you do???
