Herbalife or juice plus diets?

Just started looking into these diets an wondering whether to try one of them to lose 2-3 stone (about 42lb) in the months leading up to, then when I get to the 3 month before mark starting le diet. Just using it loose the bulk of weight. I can loose 3st to get to a healthy weight i was a size 10 at that point before. another 7-14lbs after that woud be a bonus an would be the smallest I've ever been If I could get there! I'm only 5ft 2 so can go to quite a low weight still within my bmi. I thunk these drinks have lots of vitamins an things in though so is it the best idea? Although someone I know lost alot of weight on this an has had a baby girl, but I know that means nothing. If normally do something like weight watchers or slimming world but I think it's too slow (I'd normally be happy with that but for swaying reasons want quick weight loss) I think it's slow and too healthy!

So would it be good to do one of these diets which seem to give very good fast results or just cut calories, which I dot have much clue on! thanks :-)

If you have a lot of weight to lose and a while before TTC, then yes absolutely it's fine to start one of these type of diets. THey are highly fortified so you should drop any multivitamins you are using at the same time. Then closer in, whne you've gotten off the bulk of the weight, you can wean off them and switch to a more straight LE Diet.

I did the Forever Living Clean 9 detox and not only did I lose 10lbs in those 9 days but I conceived too.
I've done a few of them over the last year and lost 3 stone. Now currently pregnant again, so will have to do another one a few months after baby is born.

I do not like people to conceive while on detox or when losing more than 3 lbs a week, because your body can release toxins stored in body fat very rapidly and some of that is not good to have floating around in your system when pregnant or about to be. :)
