OLE for husband

Had a quick question about OLE(I know it's prob on site somewhere already but couldn't find it). For OLE for Hubby is there one type better then the other? Is the pill form ok? Is there a specific brand/ingredient that is better? Should DH take all cycle long or just AF-O?

Whatever kind you can get without stress/trouble is fine. If he gets dry leaf, it;s 500-1000 mg. For liquid, use dose on the bottle because they vary widely.

DH takes OLE all cycle long.
