Dearest Friends,
I am looking for a TTC Pink step by step on the day of the one shot BD.
Does anyone know if there is a post or guide written on this.
I was planning to take a hot bath, candles to de-stress, take a antihistamine & lime douche 1 hr before, attempt, TBM with lime, lime tampon....
Would love to refresh my mind and check the "best pink sway on the day of BD"

I don't want to appear rude but that sounds like a lot of planning which might take the relaxing factor out of it? I'm not sure if anything has been written on this as it's not really encouraged for us to meticulously plan every last detail. You might not even O when you think you will.
You are probably better off looking at your overall lifestyle and planning your sway that way instead of planning what you will do on one day. Just my opinion though - good luck - lots of info here and I see you have swayed before :)

I can't really do that because so many people do so many different sway tactics.
I hate to see people focusing so much on "destressing" that they actually CAUSE themselves stress.
I do not recommend lime douching, and really really do not recommend TBM with lime, and really really really really really do not recommend lime tampon.

I cant buy rephresh or replens....my litmus ph tests havent arrived...
I just dont know my ph and last time dh's sample was 9+ so I am worried my sway isnt strong enough.
Also, I dropped the abstaining as you advised (HUGE thank you) and now on the day of the attempt I am trying to work out how to what is the best route for me.
Get him to release in the pm, and then give me another sample in the am- can sperm generate in 12hrs?

Just do one attempt, don't worry about pH or when DH last released. Simple and effective!
If you want to douche, you can just use a storebought douche about 4-6 hours before you attempt.
Yes, sperm can generate in 12 hours. I personally don't think that will be good enough for swaying. For the "hurry up FR" to work, it is best if the second release is within an hour, ok if it's within 3, and tolerable if it's within 6. By 12 hours, I don't think it does much because the semen/sperm have had ample time to regenerate.
This is my preference as well but it's her sway, if she wants to try a kitchen sink approach for a couple months. :)Quote:

I think you should not try to test super early and instead have some patience and wait til 12-14 DPO. Testing too soon causes nothing but heartache and stress for people.
