I really want a girl and was told 100% girl at my 18 week ultrasound, but I'm kind of in disbelief and keep studying the picture to make sure it is indeed a little girl. It looks like it could be small boy parts that the legs squished together. :/ Is it just my imagination? Does this really look like a girl?

Thats a girl! Congrats! It looks like there is still quite a bit of swelling from the hormones and thats why the squished appearance. Some people its easier to see and some not so easy. So many variables from the clarity of the fluid, the higher tech machinery, your body style etc can make things a bit more muddled like this shot is so I can see where you would raise your eyebrow at it but that is a girl :D
