Early Pregnancy - Feels like my boob is going to explode!!!

As it says in title my boobies are tender/sore but my left boob feels like it is going to burst...its killing me!!!

I always get sore/tender breasts when af due and also in previous pregnancies, i had sore boobs before bfp on Monday night but today im in so so so much pain :(

ARe you still nursing or have recently weaned??? Could be mastitis.

My BB's get super sore in early pg but my concern is mastitis. If you aren't nursing any more you may need antibiotics to clear it up. BE sure they know you are pregnant.

Not nursing and haven't recently weaned, was well over 1 year ago i stopped breast feeding.

I didnt even know you could get mastitis when not breast feeding (learn something new everyday) just googled it and will deffo try some of the self help stuff and see if it feels any better, if not then i will go doctors.
