I'm sorry I can't see much... but if I had to guess on what I think I see I would say girl!
thanks purplepoet, i need to scan the pic on, its much clearer in real life, very blurry when i took a pic of it.
I'd guess girl too, but I don't think the baby's angle is quite right to say for certain
