folic acid

help please atomic or anyone who knows ........is it ok to take 400mgx3 of folic acid or do I need to buy the 1200mg dose in one only I found one 400mg pack in asda with no vitamins in them for £1 thanks again ladies xx

Taking 3x400mcg is fine - I asked this question too. Make sure it's solely folic acid in them and not a load of vitamins etc. x

thanks hun its just an asda own one and reading the label the isn't any other vitamin's mentioned xx

THe dose is MICROGRAMS, not milligrams.

And yes, I want you to take 400 mcg 3 times a day instead of 1200 all at once. it is better absorbed by your body that way.
