The fiber absorbs fat so your body doesnt absorb it. Basically reduces tour fat intake and helps you lose weight
We honestly don't KNOW but the original idea we had was that the fiber supps absorb fats and fat soluble nutrients like A, D, E (which have been shown to help your body make sex hormones and high levels of sex hormones may sway blue). The real reason to use them is not our specualtive explanation of why they might or might not work, but because our stats over the course of time have shown that they do.
