fiber supp

Just wondering what kind of fiber supplement you take and when you take it?

i know many ladies here took metamucil.

i cant find metamucil in my county here, wonder if fybogel works same? any ladies took fybogel?

I got Chitosan from the health food shop. Not seen anyone use Fybogel - has got to work out insanely expensive for starters! That, and not sure what else is added to the active ingredients and how it will sway.

Any fiber is fine. Just whatever you can easily get. :) We've gotten good results with all of them

I haven't taken any :(. Didn't know I should have. I will probably O tomorrow. Is it too late?
