My girl-sway

Hello girls!

Normally I´m a regular eater. Love to eat clean and healthy and have a passion for superfood and all that super-healthy stuff.. I love working out. I am quite muscular, but not thin.. Are you surprised to hear that I have 2 boys?

Now I really want to have a little girl. I have always been dreaming about that.

My plan -
- skipping breakfast (I normally never do that).
- skipping all my shakes, probiotics, vitamines and superfood. I will take folic acid, though
- Reducing a lot on proteins, fat, calories, grains, sodium.
- Eat mostly vegetarian.
- I will NOT start drinking things with aspartame. I´m sure that´s good for swaying, but I´m really scared of aspartame.

I also diffuse essential oils with orange and lavender. Showergel with lavender.

This change in diet is quite extreme for me. The first day I had a headache the whole day. Problably because of the low blood-sugar. I don´t think I can keep up with a diet like this for a long time.

I have also bought peppermint-tea and cranberry juice.

I have been changing my mind many times already, but based on the information I have read, the timing is not so important. So I guess we will try more than once each cycle. We will both be taking zytrec, hoth showers, shallow penetration. And I guess I will jump and dump after.

I am still not sure about the douching.. I have been struggling with yeast-infection before, so I think I need to be careful.. I will check my PH tomorrow.

A few notes:
- Definitely fine to skip aspartame. It's not believed to really sway pink that much anyways and many people on this site skip it.
- You don't need to do classic LE. You can do Atomic's fertility diet or the PCOS version. They are healthier and you may be able to stick to them easier. I do think the diet gets easier over time. The first week on is the worst by far. If you are still feeling ill after a few days I'd make some changes - it isn't worth being miserable!
-I would skip the cranberry juice.
-Timing isn't important, but the number of "attempts" is. Ideally try to have only one "attempt" per cycle at positive OPK. This is getting the best results.
- zyrtec isn't swaying all that well. Unless you have tons of EWCM, you might want to skip it. It might harm odds of conception without helping your sway enough to make it worth it.
-Don't douche. Not necessary .

Thank you so much for the feed-back:) I will drop the zyrtec, and re-think the cranberry juice. I was just concerned that the diet will not lower my PH as much as needed..

I think you may have better luck if you just ease into the diet instead of jumping into it all the way like that. Just start slowly pushing back your time of eating bit by bit. Your body will adjust.

PLEASE stick to one attempt. Timing does not sway, but one attempt is getting 70% success for pink and you really hurt your sway by doing more than one attempt.

Cranberry juice is too diluted to help with swaying (You would need cranbery PILLS) and all it does is add nutrients that may sway blue.

I don't think aspartame does anything anyway and fine to skip.

WE don't do douching around here very much. Very few people on this site do it.
