I simply don't have the data to answer this.
I think you need to tell me what you think LE Diet is. I think you may have a misconception about LE Diet - it CAN BE a healthy and nutritious diet.
Thanks for the answer:) I have been studying most of the informative documents during the last weeks. My normal diet (without swaying) is very healthy and "clean". I try to avoid/minimize gluten, sugar and lactose. I eat more alkaline food, take supplements, eat healthy fats (more omega 3 than omega 6), superfoods, probiotics juicing etc. I work out (running and weight-lifting) 3 times a week. I would love to find a way to sway girl, without risking getting sick or get yeast-inferctions. Iīm really committed about everything i do, so I am also afraid that this 200 % dedication also will sway blue.. By the way- Iīm really impressed by your work:) It seems to be working!
If I thought that the LE Diets were harmful to people, I would NOT do them. I am not in this to "make people sick", I made the diet and its variations because I wanted people to have HEALTHIER options for swaying.
