Hello Ladies the only way I can drink my coffee in the morning is with milk because black coffee irritates my stomach is it OK if I add carnation milk it has vit A and D therefore I'm thinking it sways blue. The only good thing about it is that I'm not hungry for a while. Any input ladies.
