Peppermint Tea

Can anyone advise how much peppermint tea to drink? I drink peppermint anyway, 1-2 cups a day. I never drank it before my boys though. How much is advised? Aiming to TTC April 2015 - so far I've given up breakfast, going to get more into it in January as we want to get christmas out the way.

I only had 1-2 strong cups af-o (mostly 1 cup) but I think the rec is up to 3. The 1 even changed my cycle so I didn't do more. Good Luck!

:agree: but you will prob. want to stop it 1-2 days before you expect to O because it can delay ovulation.

I do not recommend pep tea for everyone and this is not necessarily an endorsement of your drinking it.

Ah damn, I really can't decide what's best for me. This swaying business is stressful. Thanks for your comments. Maybe I'll make it two cups!

2 cups gains you nothing. It's not enough to get the benefits and if it's not right for you, then it's still not right for you.
