TTC Boy with cyst and HCG shot

Here is a run down of last cycle

Another long cycle, but temp did spike so FF set an ovulation date. I went for the progesterone test last Friday (cd7) and result was only 7.5
Sent to the fertility clinic and they did progesterone test on the Saturday (cd9). Result was 9.6.
Blood test again on Monday (cd10) and it was 1.6. LH 5 Estrogen was 244.
Sent in for scan and although lining was 8mm, they also found a 4cm cyst on left ovary. Couldn't see anything on right side, and couldn't confirm ovulation on left.

Told to come back when AF arrives otherwise they have to wait for RE to come back as she is on leave till end of month.
AF arrived on Tuesday, so instead of a 14day lp, I ended up with only 10 days.

Another scan today (cd2), and the cyst is still there. Cramps on first day, but nothing since. Watery bright red blood and some clots but no pain. Cyst hasn't grown any bigger but isn't any smaller. There is nothing showing on the right side but I was told it could be too early.
Estrogen came back at 266 but the tech said she thinks I test high.

The plan is to go back on cd8 for bloods. Then scans to see what is happening, followed by trigger shot. Clinic automatically puts everyone on progesterone pessaries so there is that support as well. They are hoping that the shot will help both with ovulation and also get rid of the cyst.

Has anyone else TTC with a HCG shot plus a cyst?
I can't see anything about it swaying gender, and we will keep trying the SMEP to make sure we cover fertile days. I guess I am just concerned I won't get pregnant, let alone get my little boy :(

hcg shot doesn't sway.

as long as you ovulated, on paper you should be able to get pg with a cyst. IT's not uncommon for people to find out they had a cyst when they are already pregnant so I know it's possible.

I do not have the data to say if it sways.

Lh level was 9 so things are moving along. Today is cd 12 and this is my 3rd day of high readings on clear blue digital.
Another blood test monday and then a scan to see how things are going.
startes bding every 2nd day and just waiting see what the eggs decide to do!

Blood test from Thursday- Est 207 and LH 9
Today Est 775 LH 12

Lots of ewcm as well ��
Another blood and scan tomorrow morning and it looks like I give trigger around 8pm tomorrow.
Clinic have said to bd night of trigger and morning after (that won't happen- DS comes in overnight and morning bd only ever happens on the weekend).

We are thinking of skipping tonight and bding tomorrw and wednesday night.

So far we have cd 10 PM cd 12 AM cd 13 PM (ewcm) skip tonight and bd PM cd 15 and 16.

Have used preseed each time but on 2nd day of ewcm. Concerned if we push for tonight, DH will be out for tomorrow etc.
