Can anyone help me?
We are TTC a girl, I have PCOS and would love some hints on how I can rectify this, any supplements I can take, foods to eat, I have lost 30kg so far and the PCOS is still here, we are on our 2nd cycle of TTC.

There is a modified version of the LE diet for PCOS. I just have to remember where it is for you :) I am sure atomic will link it when she sees this!
