Can somebody give me some info on OLE, does it sway pink, should only DH take it or should DW also take it?
Should it be taken as ekstract or tabletts? And when should they be taken AF -O or??? And what is the daily doze?:think:

Yes, OLE sways pink. But you were having your husband take cranberry and so I did not give him OLE, but had him continue with the cranbery instead. You have to choose either cranberry or OLE, one or the other, not both.
DW does not take OLE when swaying, only going HT.
DH can take either extract or tablets, some husbands have not liked the taste of the liquid and so I generally recommend the tablets overall. Some think liquid is stronger but we got good results with both.
Dose is 500-1000 mg dry leaf, liquid extract please follow the dose on the bottle because diffferent kinds use different doses and I cannot give general recommendations on that.
DH takes OLE all cycle long until BFP then gradually weans off.
