Taking a break from ttc, what should I do now?
Hi everyone,
I've been doing the LE-diet and exercise the past few weeks and I lost a few pounds, because we wanted to start ttc in january. Due to circumstances we have to wait a few months and now we will start ttc in april/may. What should I do? Go on with the diet and exercise and weightloss? I'm already skinny and my BMI is under 19, I'm afraid I will stop ovulating if I lose more weight. Or should I try to gain a few pounds this month and start diet and exercise again at the end of january?
