Hi
Does anyone now the protocol of how many embryos are transferred back? Is it general 1? Or sometimes 2 depending on the patient?
Thank you

I think HRC usually transfers one embryo unless you want to have twins
Yes normally one, with a fully tested good quality embryo theres no need to transfer two x x
I know someone that transferred 2 xys & both stuck. She had lots of complications & was hospitalised very early on in her pregnancy & she had them at 28 weeks & now they are home finally & doing well.
I thought that might be the case - thank you! ☺
It sure is and I was relatively young still when I had my twins and had never had health issues my whole life but it was even too much for my body to handle. I had to stay in hospital form 30 weeks due to PET and they were born at 35 weeks via a very unwanted c-section due to being footling breech and transverse. It was hard to recover from physically and mentally and the first 18 months of their lives is an exhausted blur of sleep deprivation and juggling.
They are precious and amazing and I feel so blessed and lucky to have them but one set is enough for me! Plus I only want 4 kids
