Supplements question.

Am currently waiting for a bfp with 2 days left till af arrives. I think I'm out this month.think we will wait a month or two so I can start the diet properly for about 6 weeks. My question is about dh supplements.what is recommended now? Last time we ttc was in August and the supplements he had was cranberry and LR. Wouldn't do the cranberry again.the LR didn't agree with his stomach. Was thinking of OLE. But would it be worth it just for about 6 weeks?

DH was doing OLE and LR when I got pregnant last time. After my miscarriage in October I kept him on OLE and dropped the LR. He's taking two 450mg capsules a day. I would definitely do the OLE for 6 weeks. You never know if it will take longer than that to get pregnant.

I agree with essnce629. I'd have him do it for 6 weeks too. At least that way if you do fall pregnant, you won't regret not having him do it.
