grapefruit juice

I seem to have lost my cm these last cycles. Is grapefruit juice ok to drink while swaying pink to help increase cm? Does it sway either way.

I think it sways blue, and I would rather you used something that was more reliable anyway.

What I would have you do is pick ONE - either a small amount of Preseed with every BD or else Robitussin/Mucinex.

I unfortunately don't know which is the better option, just that either will be more reliable than grapefruit juice.

The robitussin did nothing for me and it tastes awful so I will do preseed. Thanks!
