Random ?!?!

Okay so I randomly took an opk this morning after seeing some EWCM. I forgot it while It processed 5-8min. I know 5 min is when you're supposed to read results. But do you think the time was a factor and also is this a positive? I tested this afternoon and was definitely not this close.
My body has been ALL OVER the place since the steroid shot. This is day 26 of my cycle. I was expecting to start a new cycle next week. I was using opks from CD 13-20 and no LH surge so I quit.
I am crossing my fingers!

So bazaar! I've had pain in both ovaries today which is a good sign. Very bloated this evening. Also kind of crampy all over my lower abdomen (ovaries, uterus, maybe intestines?) It's hard to place. Period - like slightly, just heavy lower organs. Are those normal ovulation symptoms? And the time on my opk(up to 8 min) do you think that could have mad the test darker?

I get very heavy and achy just like you describe with ovulation most months. I don't think the time would make any difference at all to the darkness on the line :)

Thanks ladies! I am crossing my fingers! All is out of my control at this point. I have been doing some visualization, last night and today as well. Picturing sperm(xx) swiming to their final destination, very much like 'Look Who's Talking'. I will keep you posted! Thank you, THANK YOU!!

Yes very normal for me nearly every single month.

I don't think the test is dark because it sat too long
