I've tried gelatin in juice and I know I won't be able to commit to doing that daily, let alone x3 a day. Makes me gag just thinking about it, yuck.
So, I'm looking into getting the capsules but, I'm confused. Are we supposed to take empty gelatin capsules (the ones that are used to fill with medications) or these ones...
