Hi Atomic, (or anyone who knows!)
So DH took LR last time and I would like to use it again for our sway, but am hearing more about OLE and now I am wondering which is better? Or can they be used together?
I know LR is only taken from AF-O, does OLE have any rules?

Ole is taken all cycle long. You can use them both they don't do the same thing;) I don't think we know a lot about ole. A lot of ht ladies use it to increase x sperm ~I think~

Thanks QueenB :) The chemical took me by surprise. I have never had one before. But it is ok. Do you know dosage for OLE?
Depends if you're using the capsules or liquid. We always just went by the directions on the bottle. The liquid is more potent but costs more too.Quote:

They are not interchangeable. It goes like this:
LR or pep tea
plus
cranberry or OLE.
LR is the only supp for DH that is 2 w on, rest of cycle off. All the others are all cycle long
never too late, even a few days may help - but did I put that in your sway plan (I think you had a custom plan??) If I didn't put it in there, I had a reason and you should not use it.Quote:
