Thoughts on sleep...
One of the recommendations I saw was to slightly reduce amount of sleep... with that I can def see how breastfeeding helps sway pink lol
But it got me to thinking... when we conceived DD hubby and I were both working night shift. It would be interesting to know if night shift, in the tune of reducing maternal condition, effects sways. Logically to me it would sway pink but then I'm obviously biased.
Anyone else noticed that connection? Or the opposite?

Yes, I believe it sways pink and I do think there is a study out there but can't remember (prob due to lack of sleep LOL)
I credit interrupted sleep in at least part getting me my DD.

I've been night shift for 8.5 years now and have 2 boys. I also work with a lot of ladies with boys.

No magic bullets, and your body can certainly become adjusted to working nights over time. Just something that may help a bit. :)
