Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I had a total boy diet before finding this website! It was hard to stop grazing all day and I did cut out lots of my usual vitamins/supplements- I did take folate on the LE diet but I cut out meat, dairy, ate a ton of spiralized zucchini and rice cakes and corn tortillas. TONS of salsa on everything!

Comments regarding DH's diet- He cut way down on meat. He maybe had red meat a few times within the 8-9 weeks that I was on the diet.
DId you consume alcohol?
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? With my boys, I had stopped my usual glass of wine most nights for several weeks prior to ovulation. With this one, I drank it right up until ovulation. I usually just drink water all day but since I was finding the LE diet SO difficult, I was drinking lots of LaCroix water and lots of unsweetened cranberry juice and peppermint tea. Dinner was the hardest and I tended to eat a regular dinner because it was just so hard at that point in the day to continue to cut back.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? The few days just before ovulation were SO hard and I was really afraid I had been cheating too much- almost even thought about delaying sway for another month just in case (Martha mentality ;) but I knew there was just no way I'd last another whole month on the diet!
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I was still carrying 10+ lbs of baby weight from boy #2... I lost all of that plus maybe an extra pound or two in the 8-9 wks on the diet. Weight at ovulation was prob 118
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I stopped exercising completely. Had always been a several-times-a-week exerciser, sometimes part of a Jillian Michaels video or sometimes 15-20min on elliptical and I figured for that amount of exercise, would be far easier to drop it completely than to switch to 60min cardio most days of the week.

Any additional comments? I had run out of ovulation tests a few days prior to when I thought I'd ovulate and it was driving me crazy taking them anyway, so I just picked a day and we did the 1 attempt. Luckily it worked. I had a pretty good idea that it was probably either right at Ov or maybe a day prior.

Any relevant attempt details? I didn't ask him to do anything in particular, but I didn't have any action for probably a week prior and no O during attempt (figured it couldn't hurt to just leave it out)- tried to keep attempt very quick to avoid raising any pH or hormone levels too high (if it even mattered)

Any additional supplement info? My husband did the combo of LR and also the olive leaf extract in the doses recommended on this site.
Did you do anything with Ions? Lavender oil topically, we have salt lamps in the house

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? I did the girl outfit under the bed and though idk what the moon phase was, I had looked up a lunar gender calendar and we did our attempt on a day where the moon was in a female cycle (switches every couple of days male/female)
Things that make me feel great about my sway: After reading about the dietary info, it was clear that I had done literally every single boy thing (inadvertently) for my two boys. Plus I usually take a Vit D supplement, and I had quit that for the LE diet... So I felt like the LE diet would at least give me that much of a sway automatically.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I didn't want to cut back on nutrition too much, as I feel strongly about the quality of food etc- we still ate organic, I didn't peel any skins off anything, and there were days I just couldn't wait to eat past like 10am. And, of course, I was nervous about all the testosterone stuff after I read the Martha/Mary description... Total Martha!!
Things worth mentioning: I was so nervous that pregnant on the first attempt meant that I hadn't supressed fertility enough. We never find out the sex with our kids but this one I just had to! We had the blood test and it confirmed a girl at 15 weeks.
