Regular blood tests for testosterone and insulin. Questions
Ok, i know i have asked a lot of question, so i give my apologies. Please bear with me! I have pcos (19 cysts on right ovary and 15 on the left), normal blood glucose levels, but high insulin levels. Testosterone levels last were slightly above normal. I do get blood tests regularly to check my levels, and my last insulin test came back low-normal. Testosterone still a bit high but normal-high. I am also on metformin. Now if my testosterone levels have gone back down to normal do i still do testosterone lowering activities/supplements? And my blood glucose is fine, just not my insulin...well it is while i am on metformin. Its my understanding that ppl with pcos usually have high blood glucose, so i don't know if this will impact on the diet i follow. Please help!?
