Hey gals,
I've had brown/slightly red spotting for two days. Today, the flood gates opened. Is today day one or day three?
Refresh-if I get a +OPK at 3:00pm and DTD that night, do I use the refresh at 3pm? Or is that too early/late?

The 1st full day of flow is Day 1. spotting doesn't count
I cannot answer on the refresh.

Re repHResh, there's no magic time of day to use it, you have to keep in mind that the sooner you use it before attempt, the lower odds of conception, and since the results have only been about 50-50, I would suggest spacing it as far before attempt as is feasible (within 24-48 hours, that is.) AT leats 8 hours.
