Anyone take Vitamin D3? My RE's office called and said it was low and wants me to take 2000. I don't know how low, I will get a copy of everything tomorrow.

I am. Mine was low too. I always get low in the winter. Atomic can tell you how much to take, based on your numbers that won't ruin your sway! I was worried about taking it too, but it does help with egg quality if you are low.

I live in Florida so I can't imagine how low it is.
take that much for a month and then reduce to 1000 IU 3x a week
I took 4000 IU daily over my 3 month sway break last summer. And I do take 1000IU on and off occasionally while swaying to keep my levels from dropping too low. I am basically a vampire so the only vit D I get is from dairy.
You can't get a girl if you can't get pregnant and vit D is essential for fertility.
What kind do you ladies take?
I take 5000 iu a day and mine was super low. I would say if they only wanted you on 2000 that yours wasnt horribly low.
Don't know if it hurt my chances for a girl but it is super good for baby.
