Weird question, but does it count if I walk with weights? Will that still help add muscle and sway blue? I was also planning on doing 50 squats every other day.... Thx!!!!

Keep it under 45 min and no more than 5 times a week, 3-4 times is better
Should I start this now if I'm TTC in May or can I wait till next month? I'm trying to lose some weight real quick before next month..... I gained quite a bit from quiting smoking:( next week I can do more weight training and less walking.....
