crystal light - HELP!!

Hey! I am new here and so desperately want a girl! I have ordered my plan from atomic but it hasn't come yet. Just ordered yesterday. I have already started the LE diet though. I keep flip flopping on sway techniques. At first I was on timing but now I believe this sites theories! I want to do LE. have husband do something (hopefully atomic can help with that) not too extreme for him though! And I do think I still believe the pH thing and a bit of timing (frequency) I feel like I should do everything different from my boys. With them we BD every two days for a week then Every day around what I assumed was O (from looking at CM and a calendar) got pg first try with boy (we are very grateful and know how lucky we are)

Now I am wondering about lowering with crystal light so as to not add the calories of cranberry. I don't want to stick ANYTHING up my hoo ha as I'm scared that wil hurt the little spermies?! So what about crystal light, I get so worried about stuff like what if it causes birth defects, but I mean really they say it's safe right? Anybody here have healthy girls born after swaying with crystal light? Can I just drink it for the week before o on the month we try? And hubby too. I guess I could do a test run first to see if it helps. What do I use for testing ph that isn't too expensive? And I'm in canada

A suggestion just came up with someone else post about crystal light saying that in Canada it isn't made with aspartame anymore but still good?

I only recommend the amount of aspartame that is approved by the FDA as safe to use during pregnancy. If I had ever even heard one whiff of reliable, believable information that aspartame caused birth defects when used in dietary amounts, then I would never use it at all. I cannot say strongly enough that safety is my primary concern and I do not recommend anything that I believe to be in any way unsafe.

Most of us are no longer using pH strips as we had so many pH oppposites that it became impossible to believe in it any more. We had people getting boys with pH 4.5 and girls with pH of 9 and it just wasn't working. We have gotten better results since we stopped. IF you must test, I used pH ion brand and they worked fine (got a boy tho LOL) Do not spend big $$ on a digital pH tester.

All artificial sweeteners are believed to sway pink with the exception of Stevia.

I would not put much thought or effort into this though, it is highy unlikely they work very well. I have seen people get boys drinking amounts of the stuff that are downright frightening and it just isn't worth it.
