I am hoping we will start trying again in June so I am making sure we are start our supplements asap.
I am taking a multi-vitamin, folic acid, fish oil, zinc, vitamin d, b vitamins, and royal jelly.
Dh is going to take a multi-vitamin, l'arginine, coq10, and zinc. He is not really into this so he won't take much.
How much of these supplements did you all take?
