Needing help in user name section please

I must sound ultra dumb but how do I add in how many kids I have and where I'm from like most of u girls? I just can't seem to do it. I've tried profile and settings then I get lost. Tia

Go up and click on "Settings" and then go to the "Edit Signature" on the left hand side of the screen. :D
