Am I eating too much at once?
Hello ladies. I was just wondering if anybody else feels like they are eating too much? I stick within the limits (most days) but I do feel like I'm having more than I should. I tend to have 2 toast with hummus or low sugar marmalade or 2 plain tortilla wraps (no filling), a yoghurt, a packet of low fat crisps, a low fat chocolate bar, 2 ryvita or something similar for my first meal and then either something similar for tea minus the yoghurt or pasta with veg and another low fat chocolate bar for pudding. With each meal I will have a latte. I do not snack or have breakfast. I will sometimes have alcohol but not everyday. does this sound OK? Thanks.
