Gosh I wish I could help. I really think that if you have deficiencies guy may want to consult atomic directly and purchase a plan. She'll answer your questions faster (as plan members get looked after in priority). I'm getting a plan.

I work and have 5 kids, I do my best to get thru every q I can in a timely way but some weeks are better than others. My husband's away working this week and it was the holiday, so I've been pressed for time. This is especially true of the "go over my sway" posts which sometimes take me an hour to go over just one of them.
I wouldn't take any of them on a pink sway. BUT for those who have a deficiency you MUST TAKE the supplements that are required for your health and well being. If you do not have a deficiency, I would try to stick to 100% DRV of these.
NAC probably sways blue because it thins mucus like guanefesin.
MSM is a huge unknown both for health and swaying.
I strongly advise against Maca and especially chlorella because they may not be safe. Maca has really messed up people's cycles. Chlorella has naturally occuring chemicals in it that have been linked to ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease)
SweetLily-I am definitely no specialist, but I know with my experience in being a Nurse that sometimes "less is more" when it comes to supplements and non prescribed medications. I work in Pediatrics (I know this is different than adults, but conceptually the same) and we see a lot of parents load their kids full of vitamins and minerals that are actually the source of the problem why they're actually sick. Just because it is natural does not mean it's safe. I'm not saying that is in your case or trying to deter you from anything as I've read that you do have deficiencies. But it wouldn't be a bad idea to take a list of all you're on (including essential oils) up with a pharmacist or a doctor to see what you 100% need to take for your condition. May be for your benefit if you could uniclude and few of them as like atomic said, some might not even be safe and/or may even sway blue. Just food for thought! :)
Atomic, I do apologize, I didn't mean it to come off snippy. I know you work super hard here, for little to no pay! I am so grateful for your assistance. I hope you had a good long weekend with the kids :)
