Sway Plan Late Summer... Thoughts?
I've corresponded with Atomic some and think I have some idea of how I want to do this whole sway thing. :)
We are planning to have our first attempt in August, and although I know we might not get pregnant the first month, I want to plan like we will. Our first was an oops, and our second we conceived the first month trying - so maybe we have high fertility, which might explain the two boys! ;)
I'm planning to lightly start the diet now, but don't plan to go hardcore until after my vacation on June. This will give me about 9 weeks on the diet (providing I ovulate when I normally do!). I am 5'4 and about 117 (I've recently gained a few pounds from lifting weights), so I don't want to lose too much weight.
Here's my plan:
LE diet - 1500-1800 calories
Cardio 60 minutes 5-6 days a week on elliptical
Skip breakfast and no snacking
OLE for husband
My questions: I lift weights, so should I drop them in May or June?
How many hours need to be between your evening meal and your morning meal/lunch?
Also, I'm on Topamax for headaches... is that okay? Any other supplements I should be on?
