I think a lot of pink swayers get all stressed about the opk's and which is the true positive etc so unless you are experienced and confident with your opk's I would recommend the option of DTD every 4 days. You get one attempt in the fertile window without the stress of positive tests.

One attempt at +OPK = best odds of conception.
One attempt every 4 days (one falling in fertile window) = best odds of girl!

I have to say I am quite pleased with our numbers on every 4 day method so far. I do not yet have the data to know which method is better BUT every 4 day is certainly not getting poor results either.
