Yep, BDing every 4 days is like having one attempt in your fertile window. Start BDing once AF leaves and continue BDing past O or the latest you have ever Oed to cover your bases.

Potentially two attempts depending on when you ovulated. It ended up only being one for me, since the attempt I got pregnant on was the day before ovulation. The one prior would have been five days before O, which is doubtful to have still been around.

Okay, another question…what exactly does OLE do? I keep seeing women using it? Is it just a supplement for cranberry pills? Does it just lower PH which would not effect the sperm count?
No one knows how OLE works. It was first used in the HT group with seemingly good results. It is supposed to improve sperm quality while still swaying pink. Most DHs take two 450mg capsules daily continuously with no breaks. Good luck!Quote:

Yes, DH can take both LR and OLE together. LR is only recommended for DH who are under 35 years old though.Quote:
