Less Weight to Lose... Less Time on Diet?
Okay, I know that wasn't the best title, but I wasn't sure how to word it. I will have been on the diet for about 9 weeks when we start TTC. Actually, 9 weeks strict, but more like 14 weeks with a cruise thrown in there... so let's say 9 ;) I'm 117, 5'4, BMI is 20.1. I know I can afford to lose a few pounds, but I'm pretty sure doing 60-70 mins of cardio and eating that few calories will make me lose quite a bit. Thoughts? I want to be on the diet for 12 weeks (and can wait that long) if it's more effective, just wondering what's best.
And... do the numbers show that swaying is less effective for people that start at a lower weight? I've popped out two boys around that weight, so I guess it concerns me a bit...
