I personally love anything from Jillian Michaels! In order to increase muscle mass, weight lifting will only be a part of what you need to do. You have increase your calories to have a surplus and a high protein intake. This is difficult for most women. Weight lifting alone burns more calories and increases fat burning, which brings your lean muscle into view. People mistake seeing muscle definition for an increase in muscle mass, which is not the case. Weight lifting, calorie surplus (from healthy foods!), and increase in protein = increase in muscle mass (increase in body weight but from muscle not fat)
