How is everyone getting enough potassium?
Tracking my totals for the day has me shocked I'm not (and was probably never) getting enough potassium! I went down a rabbit hole last night and found out only 2% of Americans get the recommended amount per day and it's a common concern of dieters (calorie restriction) that they aren't getting enough.
So, how are you ladies meeting your quota on the LE diet?
I love typical high K foods like bananas, yogurt, spinach, potatoes, tomatoes and orange juice - as long as I stay within LE limits, is it ok to eat them everyday to raise my totals? Unfortunately I hate coconut water which is super high in potassium. I'm having a hard time fitting everything just so with regard to totals.
I'm waiting on my personal plan but starting to track and get in the habit of certain things so hopefully it makes much more sense once I have that in place to refer to.
