What I am doing right/wrong?
Okay, I am trying to learn more about swaying. Swaying for a girl.
Here's a little about me: Can anyone say what I am doing well for swaying pink and what I am doing wrong and would need to change?
-Losing weight, and probably a little underweight right now
-Usually stressed
-Drink 1 cup coffee w/cream & sugar every morning
-Drink Dt Coke regularly
-No exercise
-Typically eat - yogurt, cheese, crackers, "healthy" cereals, chicken, pasta, beef, pizza, salads, apples, ice-cream, frozen veggies, granola bars
-Taking prenatal vitamin
I'd appreciate any feedback as I continue learning more!
