So...I'm 50/50...13+6

Hi ladies. We did IUI to conceive this baby. We had our NT scan on Tuesday and while I wanted to be team green to potentially avoid GD, the tech gave us a peek without asking if we wanted to. There didn't seem to be anything between the legs. My son's ultrasound was a well defined boy part at 15 weeks. I know this is earlier, but I don't want to get my hopes up. Or maybe baby had it tucked, or something. I was going through the pics they gave us and I'm confused by the nub. Can you help me? Thanks!

Baby measuring 13+6 by CRL, by LMP 13+2.

I think I'm going for a slight boy lean on this one, my little boys nub shot was very similar to this.
