BFP Question!

Hi everyone! I have a hpt question for you all. I got a BFP yesterday and it's really dark. Like the control line isn't nearly as dark as the test line. It's nice to see a dark BFP but it seems too early for it in my opinion. I had a lot of brown spotting on Tuesday (8/9). It was so much spotting that I used a tampon because I thought it was an early AF (TMI! Sorry!). The spotting only lasted a day. It's safe to assume that it was probably implantation bleeding. AF was due on Friday (8/12). So according to my last AF, I should be 4 weeks and 3 days. I probably implanted about a week ago. Does this test seem really dark to you all for 4w3d or is it in my head??? This is the 3rd FRER that I've taken and they all look like this. This one is from this morning. I've gone to a few stores looking for the Clearblue test with the conception indicator but I can't find it. Do they still make them? Thanks for your input!

CONGRATULATIONS! I took an FRER on 3w3d and it was very light and then the test I took 3 days later was almost equal to the control line. I bet if I were to take one now it would be very dark(I'm due a day before you). 12dpo would seem a bit late for implantation but who knows! Were you tracking ovulation? The only thing that I can think it might be is that you ovulated earlier than you think and the bleeding is just "cycle" bleeding that many women get on the day their periods are due(even though they're pregnant). It usually only lasts a day or two and then thats it.

That is very dark! I thought the dark one is the control line lol But the control line looks so light to me . Usually they are darker, right?
Anyway I don't know why. Maybe twins?

I wouldn't worry about it, all my boys I got bfps at 9dpo and by 12dpo it was very dark test, so by 4wks pregnant I was getting super dark bfps, but my hcgs are always so up there lol after they do blood work they want to do an u/s to check for twins lol but its always one baby, congrats and H&H pregnancy :)
