some fun guessing I was hoping for a boy as 2 girls

The skull looks boyish but I can't see any nub signs. Did you get a potty shot? That is the most helpful at this stage.
Did the tech doing the ultrasound not tell you what the gender was? That would be unusual at 19 weeks.

not sure if this helps.. the technician in Canada is not allowed to tell the gender.

the doctor called and most likly will confirm the gender. .any other guess for more few hrs :)
