Preseed and/or Robitussin

Do you use Preseed and Robitussin or should you just pick one of those? Which would be better for the boy sway?

Both!

We don't know which is better since most people are doing them together.

Only CD4 today. Last month I didn't O until day 20 and the month before was day 16. I just stopped breastfeeding 3 weeks ago so I am not sure how that will effect my O this month. Last month I used Conceive plus but got a BFN so switching over to Preseed.

Id venture to say robitussin is probably what makes the difference but since more have success with both use both if you can. I used only pre seed and have a girl on the way...

It may be different for each individual person - if you have more EWCM up inside, but less in your VJ and cervix, and/or your husband has a lower sperm count, Preseed may be more effective, and if you are making less fluid inside your fallopian tubes, the Robi/Muci may help more. Both also good.
