I took my IUD out (June 5) and am wanting to ttc a girl. But I don't know where to start.... I am not familiar with charting and I don't know when my last cycle was because of my IUD. But I bought a home ovulation kit so far I haven't ovulated. Any suggestions? I have three precious boys but would love a precious princess[emoji166]

Focus on, in descending order of importance:
1. The LE diet, vegetarian, pink fats, skipping breakfast, no snacking (read LE diet nutshell and Skinny on fats threads), start 12w before TTC ideally
2. If possible, daily cardio exercise for 60+ minutes uninterrupted OR 2nd best, be as sedentary as possible
3. One BD attempt in your fertile period, ideally by BDing once when you get a clear positive OPK (plus again 4 days later in case you O late), OR you can BD every 4 days starting from AF/rigjt after, if OPKs don't work for you
4. If you can get it, Clomid or Femara are awesome for pink, otherwise you just want to be on 1000mcg folate, no other vitamins/supps necessary
You don't need to chart or temp but I do highly recommend it, as it is the only way to know that you are truly Oing and when. Ideally start 12w before TTC so it's a habit once you're TTC and not a new project you're obsessing over (can sway blue).
Was it a hormonal IUD?
