I don't think there is a visible nub on this photo...but if anyone has any guesses, through other theories that would be nice :) I've had mixed guesses so far :)

Could definitely go either way, but I think the nub looks a bit short and bulbous so slight boy lean.
I wouldn't even know where the nub was [emoji85] I do keep getting mixed guesses though...thank you [emoji5]️
