Need help with my sway please

I followed LE diet 8 weeks right now and its time to do the plan.

Just to try i took rephresh but my CM became crumbly like cooked egg white or old glue. Hope you know what i mean. Is this ok? Dont know how the little swimmers should survive in such an environment!?

Them i also tested sylk as a lube, did it on me and him. Is this ok?
Or shall i put it in me hours before we bd?

After bd with condom to hold the ph low i tested my ph and it raised to about 6. how can this be? Dont had an O. Could this be because of bd itself?

I thought about do frequent release with condom. Because of my irregular cycles i planned to bd without condom at CD 11 and 13 and every second day till i got my +opk. Would this be a good plan? Or should we only bd when i got my +opk?

Yes lots of people get that with RepH. It probably does kill off some sperm but that may be part of how it works.

Just use the Sylk as any lube, a little on DH or on you, whichever works. No need for a big bunch up inside.

pH is a mystery, sometimes it goes up for no apparent reason. It probably doesn't even work. The Sylk should bring it back down when you BD so don't worry about it either way.

DO NOT BD CD 11 and 13 or every second day Stick with one attempt at pos opk, that has much better odds of pink.

Yep. RepH. is not earning its keep anyway so anyone who's not really into it, drop it. Lower odds of conception for seemingly neutral results.
