first IVF attempt failed miserably

Dr. Potter,

I'm 37, Antral Follicle count of 11 (tested on day 1) AMH of 2.2 they did not test my FSH? 3 successful pregnancies in my past ( last one a yr ago) Hubby has a high count. I had a cyst removed before stims.

I stimmed for 9 days on mainly Gonal-f, 2 doses of Menopur , cetrotide, 250mg ovidrel shot.

E2 on day 2 was 280...on day 9 it was 580 ( never was told my numbers...looked myself on patient portal)

4 mature follicles at ER--2 eggs retrived...none fertilized :(

My coordinator told me I had 2 slow growing embroys. ..then the Embryologist told me she was wrong and that they never actually fertilized.

Since gender selection was my goal, and now I have zero to "bank" I'm wondering what my next step could possibly be?

Any feedback would really be appreciated!

There was a mix up w my test. My AMH is actually 0.53 :(
